Pada Game Angry Birds Rio ini terdapat beberapa karakter tambahan yang tidak kita jumpai di versi yang lainnya, Kalian yang hobby dengan game ini yang biasanya kita selalu dihadapkan untuk menghancurkan para kawanan babi-babi hijau, pada Game Burung Pemarah sesi Rio ini sudah tidak selalu di hadapkan dengan musuh babi, melainkan kita akan lebih sering dihadapkan dengan misi untuk menghancurkan sangkar atau kurungan burung untuk membebaskan burung-burung yang di tawan oleh kawanan burung jahat.
